Our Company was started in 1965 by our father, Ray Davies, he was fresh into fishing then and it seemed a good idea at the time. We moved to our present address at 250/252 Wellingborough Road, Northampton in 1972 and opened our shop in Kettering in 1982.
As you can see we are a long established business the main strengths of which are a large stock held in both shops an intimate knowledge of the products we sell and a genuine interest in all things fishing and shooting. We pride ourselves for good value for money and exceptional service. We also carry a large stock of stylish, good quality country clothing.
At the Northampton Shop,
Julian Davies, Director, runs the Northampton branch and is the game fishing expert with over 30 years experience. He also has an in-depth knowledge of saltwater fly-fishing and is a keen game and clay shot.
Peter Dixon specialises in carp fishing and in all things piscatorial and Graham is our sea-fishing consultant.
Dan Todd heads up the shooting department, with an expert knowledge of air rifles.
Julie Davies, Director, runs our extensive country clothing department both here and at our Kettering Store.

Mark Height is our carp & pike specialist and is happy to advise on all aspects of specimen fishing.
Jordan Davies is a keen pike & carp angler who is proficient in coarse and game angling. He also has an interest in Air Rifle Shooting.
Josh Davies is an enthusiastic angler who not only catches specimen pike & carp but also a fervent sea angler.
